“Very Comfortable...”

I loved it I want to live in a house just like it. It's very comfortable and our hosts were friendly and helpful without being pushy. The neighborhood is developing but I felt very safe in the tiny house and the area. If you have ever thought about staying in a tiny house stay in this one.

“We had the most amazing stay...”

We had the most amazing stay at the Music City Tiny House. Everything was perfect for our short stay and I can't recommend this lovely home enough..

Amazing hosts and beautiful tiny house! My husband and I took this trip to "test drive" a tiny house, and we were not disappointed! Sarah and John answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease, even going out of their way to keep their dog away from us (I'm terrified of dogs, but was willing to make an attempt at dealing with it to see this house. But I didn't have to). I highly recommend having this tiny house experience the next time you're in Nashville!

“The Tiny House was a favorite part of our trip.”

We had a great experience. We walked to downtown during the day and Ubered back. Also walked to nearby restaurant (Monelle's) which was great. The Tiny House was a favorite part of our trip. Although we didn't make full use of the kitchen ( due to our short stay) it was bigger than expected. Beds were comfy and house was tidy.

“So so so cute!”

Sarah and John were very accommodating and friendly! John was home when we arrived and walked us back to the tiny house. The house itself was precious. So so so cute! The wifi was great and we loved experiencing the tiny house lifestyle. Highly recommended for anyone who is in Nashville to explore the city. We didn't spend a ton of time in the tiny house, but when we were there we felt cozy and welcomed.

“Well equipped and nicely decorated.”

Our stay at the Music City Tiny House couldn't have been better. The house was easy to find in a centrally located, quiet neighborhood. We used it as a home base to explore Nashville and the surrounding area. We drove downtown (10 minutes max), but the info sheets in the tiny home did say Uber and Lyft were available. I imagine it's also walkable if you have extra time for that. The info sheet also provided details on nearby restaurants, grocery stores, medical care, veterinary services, and more. It was really helpful. I loved that the tiny home is pet friendly, though we left our little furball at home for this trip. The space is as described, well equipped, and decorated nicely. The composting toilet took a little bit to get used to, but there are directions provided, and it wasn't a bad experience, just a different one. I would wholeheartedly recommend this listing to anyone looking to explore Nashville or anyone looking to experience tiny home living first hand

“best sleep they had in a long time”

The Music City tiny house was exactly as described by John and Sarah. It is in a cute little area off the beaten path in a very diverse area. We felt totally safe and drove and took uber around the city. Uber was less than $6 for every ride we took. The tiny house itself had such comfortable beds (pretty sure they were memory foam). My friends stated it was the best sleep they had in a long time. The house itself was perfect for three girls, although if we had more than three I doubt it would have been as comfortable. We appreciated the amenities they provided (towels, shampoo, coffee etc.) and cute little handmade pieces they had up with notes about where they got them. They are within walking distance to the farmers market although it was easier to drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for more of an adventure in Nashville!
